Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before preparation begins. Once the order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Order not delivered
• Incorrect order received
• Payment issues

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after order preparation
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
